Conference. addressing
'Higher Education Decisionmaking."
He has served in the
Michigan Senate since January
1979, rcpiesenting the 24th
District, said Lynda King,
Alumni Conference Committee
chairwoman.
He haa a master's degre* in
political science and a doctorate
in political science and public
administration, said King,
associate professor . of
psychology.
And he also serve* on the
Senate Appropriations
Committee and chair* two
appropriations subcommittees
— General Government and
Higher Education, she said.'
