Trustees to consider $5,50 tuition hike

Not every cloud has a silver lining.
While the Hoard of Trustees will be faced today with a decision to
lower room and hoard rates by $20, it also could decide to raise tui
tion for next semesti-r to $47 a credit hour - the largest dollar in
