I notice, in an article appearing in

that in every case they have .been referred to me and I refuse to lend my, aid to

as their ever presenting any letters to

vest in me for the purpose ' of * turning
their smut mill over my head? I wonder
if our servant of the" Lord don't know
that new hearings can only' be granted

know that the time has long since passed

And do they not know how to proceed
in such cases *?* Know this! Of course,
everyone understands these things, and
especially a man whols profound enough

But, Mr. Editor, these people don't
want to know. They only care to keep
up this hue and cry, hoping to impress
the people with the idea that I am doing
terribly wrong in public af^iirs, and if
they succeed in doing this .they may succeed in their one great object,, which is

A. E. Mack was in Harrison this week

thoroughly-conversant in the art of buying and selling, is getting prices on
good honest goods down to a rock bottom
basis. His expenses is very nominal and.
he is figuring his margins'accordingly.
He is reliable and all goods are strictly
as represented. Boots and shoes made
to order and repairing of all kinds neatly
and promptly done. While other merchants are sleeping with an old out-of-
date stock on hand,. Mr. Boge is thoroughly abreast of the times; he is progressive and is not afraid to let the people know what he is -doing, as is evinced
by his liberal supply of printers* ink;
neither is he afraid of the little cost attached thereto, having found t"hat it
pays him and his customers in the end.
Head his large advertisement in this
paper, and then call and examine his
magnificent stock, whether you want to
bny or not.
