following: Richard Sherman and Sarah
E. Joslyn of'Wise township, are -under
arrest on a charge of adultery, the woman's husband, Samuel Joslyn, being the
complaining witness. At the examination held before Justice Seeley, of Yernon, Saturday the 26th, ult., enough evidence was secured to warrant-their being
bound over to the next term of the circuit court.
