W.Goodman." The motion prevailed. The bond of J. B. Husted for carrying on the business pfsaloonist was presented. On motion of Trustee Feighner the vote by which at the last meeting the bond of John Husted was rejected, was reconsidored. by the- following vote: Yeas—Trustees Gcodman, Feighner, Brown and the President—4. STays—Trustees Elden ancl Davis— 2. Trustee Feighner moved that the sureties be required to appear before the council and be examined by ther Attorney as to their ability as sureties. Carried by a niianamous vote. George Halstead answers to $3,515. Burton Husted answers to $6,160, Trustee Ort moved that the bond be approved.
