The bond of John ^Dunlop, druggists, was presented sind on motion
of Trustee Elden it wis laid on the
table.
Trustee Goodman offered the following: '

authorized to repair md make passable and good the approaches on each
side of jthe fridge over the Little Tobacco river on Besch street near
Gardiner's mill.

The motion prevailed.
The bond of J. B. Husted for carrying on the business pfsaloonist was
presented.
On motion of Trustee Feighner the
vote by which at the last meeting
the bond of John Husted was rejected, was reconsidored. by the- following vote:
Yeas—Trustees Gcodman, Feighner, Brown and the President—4.

Trustee Feighner moved that the
sureties be required to appear before
the council and be examined by ther
Attorney as to their ability as sureties. Carried by a niianamous vote.
