transferred from the general fund to
the higiiway fund* Carried;
Trustee Feighner moved that the
Chairman appoint a committee .of
three persons to go with the fire Warden and see about the puting in of a
bakery on Bicknell's lot on block 27?
and if they found it dangerous, to
have the fire Warden notify the parties not to build until they get permission of the Common Council.
The motion was carried. Committee, Trustees, Feighner, Elden and
Davis.
On motion of Trustee Elden the
street commissioner was instructed
to grub out fee three stumps
on west side of Maple street 'in the
J way of making side walk on said
street. .Carried.
Trustee Brown moved that the
street commissioner be instructed to
grade in front of Salisbury's barn not
to exceed three dollars. Carried.
On motion of Trustee Elden the
council adjourned.

Goodman, Brown, Ort and the President,
The meetiug called to order and
the minutes of last meeting read but
not approved.
Trustee Goodman moved that the
minutes of the last meeting • be considered as illegal and was lost by the
following vote: Yeas, Trustees Bavis'
and Goodman. Kays, Trustees Ort,
Elden and Brown,
On motion of Trustee Elden the
Council adjourned until Aug, 14.
