evening and his discussion of the issues
was well received. He pursued in a careful manner a review of former friendliness of the Eepublicans for the White
metal, quoting their platform.) as authority, and delivered a scathing arraignment
of that party for its desertion to English
money changers. The meeting was by
far the most successful yet held in tho
county.
