The Wayne Congregational church
will soon listen to the melodious strains
of a new $1,000 organ.
The work of tiling the Dundee fair
grounds has been commenced. Something like 400 rods of tile will be used.
Monroe county is too poor to afford
a new jail, however much, they need it.
2,162 votes were cast for it and 2,278
against.
The A. A. Agricultural works last
week received an order for a carload of
hay tedders to be shipped to London,
England.
