At a session of the Probaie Court for the
County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate
0 f ce in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the
6 day of December in the 'year one thousand
eight hundred and ninety seven. Present, H.
Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter
of the estate of William Guenther deceased.
On reading and filling the petition, duly verified, of Matthew Seeger, administrator of said
estate, praying that he may be licensed to sell
the real estate whereof said deceased died seized
Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday, the 31
day of December next at ten o". look in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition
and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and
ali other persons interested in said estate, are
required to appear at a version of said Court,
then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the
City of Ann Arbor and show cause, if any
there he. why tha prayer of of the petitioner
should not be granted: And it is further ordered
that said petitiouer give notice to the persons
