Secretary of State Warner wil notify
all county commissioners of schools
not to permit the sale of county school
diplomas bearing a fac simile of the
great seal ofthe state. It is learned
that Several publishing houses have
been selling such diplomas in the state,
aud the use of the f*eal is contrary to
