of December, injfthe year one thousand, nine
hundred and ten.

In the matter of the Estate of Gottfried
Dieterie deceased. On reading and filing the
duly verified petition of Misr Marie Dieterie
daughter, p raying that administration of said
estate be granted to Fred Moehn or some other
suitable person and that appraisers iand commissioners be appointed.
It is Ordered, That the 27th day of January
next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said
Probate Office be appointed for hearing said
account.
And it is further ordered, That a copy of this
order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing in the Saline Observer, a newspaper printed and circulating in
said County of Washtenaw.
