This is a subject that interests us all, and especially now in view of present conditions. We might
commence this week and keep our ad filled each week
with cuts and prices, .but it is sufficient to say that we
are reducing prices all along the line whether good in
stock or bought new, and will not be undersold by anybody. If we use too much space the customer has to
pay for it. A clean, straight business on fair profit.
Goods bought right can be sold right. The bigger the
business the less per cent of expense per dollar of sales.

Well, if you are either of these,
and darling hubby wishes you were
different, take him to see "So Long
Latty," the Robertson-Cole super-
special picture whioe will be shown
at the Liberty theatre next Wednesday. Both of you will get a few
pointers from this merry and amusing tale of two newly married couples.
Tommy was a strong healthy man
who needed nourishment; but Lettv
was mare concerned with the "daa-
sants" and the latest in gowns, than
she was with domestic duties. As a
result Tommy tried to exist on sardines, crackers and teaidust.
To make Tommy more miserable,
there lived right next door, dear litt'e
Gracie, whose long suit was cooking
and Tommy nearly perished evei-y
time the aroma of fried chicken and
gravy^floated from Grade's window.
But Grade's better half cared more
for style and class—at least he
thought he did—than for the delicious meals Gracie humbly prepared
for him.
Each man signed for the other
man's wife. Then a brilliant (?) idea
came. How about changing wives?

worked out.

had been called to larder by the president, Mrs. Heilman.
Mrs. Lon Biddle and Miss Ethel
Lindsey were the delegates to the
meeting of the County Federation at

Discussions pertaining to the work

was decided to continue the work,
finished articles to be delivered to
the Ann Arbor branch.
A bounteous dinner was served,
and music for the meeting was provided by Miss Rubena. Schumacher.
A comfortable was tied, and altogether the meeting was one of the

Next Sunday is Missions day. As
we draw near the close of our fiscal
year (June 1st) in so far as our
world-wide interests are concerned,
it is fitting that we should turn our
attention directly to our world parish.
The morning theme, at ten, will
be: "John Wesley's Slogan." The evening the"me, at eight, will be: "Our
Partners in Service."
Especial attention is called to the
fact that the hours for the evening
meetings, both Epworth League and
public worship, are at seven and
eight respectively. We trust that this
arrangement will he found more convenient at this season of the. year especially for those of us who- are on
