Fred Sehmid, who has conducted a j

Emanuel Cook and son, Clarence.
Mr. Cook, Sr., who will conduct the
business personally, needs no introduction to Saline people, having
lived in and close to Saline -practically all his life. His son, Clarence,
\viio will be associated with .him financially, will continue in his pres,-*
ent employment at the. Saline Savings bank.
Mr. Sehmid has ttaade no definite
plans for the future, except to assure
himself lie will enjoy a. good long vacation from the cares of "business" life.
