the Uni versity moni es be notified that the rules and r egul a tions have been
brooght to the Board's attention , that tbe monies due a r e to be paid , atd
that a list of the persons who have not settled. their accounts by the time of
the next meeling of the Board, be submitted to the Board.

Recommend approval of Self-Liquidating Projects Audit Report dated
June 30, 1964.
Recommend approval of the Complete orf-Campus Program, Fall Semester,
1964, as submitted.
Recommend approval that the Resolution , as submitted, granting easemeot
to the Consumers Power Company over the following described. University
owned land be approved: (Copy of Resolution on file in President's Office. )
All that part of the Southwest 1/ 4 of Sectioo 22, T14N, R4W. lying
East of the Ann Arbor Railroad right of way except the North 14
rods thereof; a lso except the South 14 rods of the North 60 rods
thereof.
Recommend approval that the University's share of the cost for the cleaning,
widening and deepening of the Upton Drain be paid as follows:
1. Any balance remaJning from the West Focxl Commons Financing,
which was approved at the August meeting, (estimated
to be about $2.500) be used first.
2. Remaining balance be paid from Self-Liquidating operating funds .
Recommend approval of the revised Policy on Sick Leave and Termination
