RATIfiCATION OF FACULTY ASSOCIATION CONTRACT:
It wal moved by Dr. lloyd Cofer, ~canded by Dr. Roger Susfield, and
corried, that the contract negotiated between Central Michigan University
and the Faculty AS$ociation be approved and thot the following Rerolution
be adopted:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Contract negotiated
between the University and Central Michigan
University District of Michigan Association of
Higher Educa tion which is effective July 1, 1971,
(except as otherwise provided in the Agreement)
and which expires June JO, 1974, is hereby adopted
as University policy. The President and Provost of
the University and such other persons as are designated
by the President are hereby authorized to sign the
Confroct on behalf of the University. The Secretory
of the Boord of Trustees shall keep a copy of the
Contract referred to in this Rerolution, which has been
initialed by the Chai rman of the Boord, on file in
his am ce .
