The tatal amount from this financing is $2,OSO. OOO. An interest rute
of 4- 1/2 per cent per annum is to be paid semi -onnuo lly on
September 15, 1971, and June 15 , 1972. Following June 15, 1972,
the interest rete will be equot to the greater of B-1/2% or 2- 1,/2%
above the Mmicipol Bond Buyer Index inte rest ra te for 20 bOMs
