CONSIDERATION OF RES IDENCE HALL POLICY:
It was moved by Mr. Alfred Fortino, seconded by Dr . Lloyd Cofer, and
carried, that the following ~Iution be approved.
RECITALS:
1. From time to time the Boord of Trustees hos promu lgated regulations
perta ining to student conduct and other octivilies with in
Un ivenity residence halh.
2 . Experience has mown that these regulations are constantly undergoing
revision and chonge and should be handled os on administrative
mailer .
BE IT RESOLVED, That the Office of the President of the Univenity is
charged with the power to promulgate and enfOfce rules, regu lations,
and procedures pertaining to student conduct ond other act ivit ies within
University residence halls . All poli cies set by this Boord /lOW in effect
sha ll continue until changed by the Office of the President.
The Boord of Trustees will be /lOtified as soon as pouible of any change1 in
res idence hol1 pol icy.

CONSIDERAT ION OF MUSIC FEES:
It WO$ moved by Mr. Alfred Fort ino, seconded by Mrs. Katharine Hofstad,
and carried, that the Boord accept the President', recommendation thot
there be no change in the col lec tion of music fees policy. Dr. Bu,field and
Dr. Cofer voted no.
