BE IT RESOLVED, That the President toke all appropriate
action, including litigation if he deems it necessary, to
protec t Ihe nohKol state of the Ouneslond property owned
by the University which is port of "North Shore Grand
Hoven Plot" in the City of Grand Hoven , Michigan . The
Boord offinns that it has wi thdrawn the dedicotion of certain
streets to the public within the lond owned by the University
