It was moved by Dr. Bernadine Denning. seconded by Hr. L..-rence
Rahilly, and carried . that the Board move Into closed session for
the purpose of d i scussing collective bargaining and other matters.
For: Denning. Farhat, Fortino, Hafstad, Rahilly. Rieder, llII'Iphrey.

The open session adjourned at 8:49 p.m.
