BE IT RESOLVED, That the 1980-81 proposed budget for
Residences and Auxi liary Se rvices is received. The
President and the Pres i dent ' s designees are empoorered
through June 30, 198 1, to expend funds in connect i on
with Residences and Auxiliary Ser vices within the
revenue receIved f rom this operation. (Copy on file
in the Secretary's Office.)
CITY-UN IVERSITY WATER WELL/DOUGLAS STREET AGREEMENT:

It was moved by Mr. Lawrence Rahilly, seconded by I'Ir. Al fred Fo r tino,
and carried, that the following resolution be adot ped.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the President is authorized to
enter into a reciprocal agreement with the Ci ty of
Mt. Pleasant In which the University licenses the City
to use the prope r ty descri bed be low for use as a water
well Wi th t he right to remove water and for ingress
and egress to the well site in exchange for a lIcense
to the University to use lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Meadow
Park Addition to the Ci ty of Mt. Pleasant, which i s
owned by the City, for pa rk ing lot and related purposes.
The President may enter the agreement under such terms
and conditions as he deems reasonab le and the President
and those designated by him may sign on beha lf of t he
