State Colleges and Universities held a joint I"eeting on Nove""er 25.
KAG8 is encouraging/pushing the p re s ident s to do s~ things. Public
relations for higher education have been very poor. we ,re not s ure

requi red by the cont ract to make any pay ments on principal
for a period of three years from the date of purchase,
