service to the students of Central Michigan University,
including contributions to the General Semantics and
Publ ic Speaking areas, the basic speech course and to
the University's debate and forensic activities; and

and the COlmlunity through his afflliatiOf'l with the
Academic Senate and his presentations to a yariety of
service clubs in the city and county; and

administration Is authorized to Implement rules to
carry out the intent of this resolution.
