President or his designee Is further authorized to enter
into modif i cations of these agreements on behalf of the
University and to terminate the agreements.

Mi chigan Unive r s ity (the "Board"), adopted a "Reso luti on Approving
Energy C~servatlon Projects and Authori z ing Incur rence of
Indebtedness to Finance Those Projects" (the "Resolution"),
which Reso l utIon Cluthorlzed the const r uct ion and acquisition by
Cen trClI Mi ch i gan University ( the "University") o f ce rtai n ener gy
conservat ion projects described therein. and authorized the
issuance of deb t ob i igations of the Board to finance the cost
of such projects; and

account ing prefe rred. The rec ipients must be gainfu ll y
emp loyed dur ing the academic yea r . The schola r ships may be
renewable provided the students maintain a satisfactory
ac.ademic average and con ti nue to be gainful ly e~loyed.
Applications may be obtained from the Financial Aids Office
or the Chairman of the Depar tment or Accounting.
