The mee ting .as called to order by Chair LaBounty at 1:34 p .m.
It .as moved by Dr . Denning , seconded by Ms . Moreno , that the
~ard now convene i n closed session to review the specific
contents of applications submitted by presidential candidates
~o have r equested confidentiality .
On a rol l cal l vote six (6) membe r s voted "yes" (two abs ent at
the time of the vote). Two-thirds of tbe members appointed and
serving havi ng voted for the motion, t he Chair declared t he
motion approved.
The Chair adjourned the open sess i on at 1:37 p.m.
