Also attending: Mr . Richard L. Miller, Secretary to the Board
at Trustees.
The meeting ~as called to o rder by Chair LaBounty at 10:25 a .m.
It was moved by Ms. Moreno, seconded by Or. Lambie, that the
Board now convene in closed session to review the specific
contents of applications submitted by presidential candidates
who have r eques t ed confidentiality.
On a roll call vote eight (8) members voted Myes. M Two-thirds
ot the members appointed and servi ng having voted tor the
motion , the Chair dec lared the motion approved .
The Chair adjou rned the open session at 10:29 a .m.
