The meeting was cal led to ord e r by Chai r LaBounty at 6:09 p . m.
It was moved by Dr . Go rd on Lambie , seconded by Mrs . Margaret
Ann Riecker, that the Board meet in closed session to discuss
strategy connected wi th collective bargaining and to consu l t
with the Board ' s attorney regarding st rategy 1n connection with
pending litigation.
The motion was adopted, two-thirds of the membe r s appointed and
